Like all cartoon-villains, he fails pretty frequently.

Extremely skilled doctor residing inside the Tower. He can reattach limbs without difficulty. His hobby is creating zombies.
Good friend of Tory.
Sister of Pain
Demon residing inside the Tower. She has vast knowledge about occultism.
Hates Tory, but acknowledges that he is needed in the Tower.
Organist
Plays organs, is pretty cool guy. Pays Tory for letting him stay in the Tower.
Helena
Leader of bandit group from world 0004. Now lives in the Tower.
